Duties and responsibilities
- Shipping coordinator
- Providing administrative support for all documentation relating to Export Sales
- Manufacturer Purchase
- Establishing good relationship with Brand Managers.
- In depth understand of each brand’s Standard Operating Procedure(processes and documentations).
- Quick thinking and prompt decision making.
- Well planning and well organized.
- Sensitive to market trends, and act in time to deal with changes.
- Communicate well, think twice, work smart, and work closely with each brand’s Account Manager.
- Rapport building with manufacturer’s Account Manager is crucial whilst long term support from each side is required to establish long term business partnership.
- Information sharing with brand managers, sales team, and other related departments.

- Ah-hoc duties as assigned.
- Prepare Video SOP of procedures

- Required education level
- Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

- Good memory
- Initiative with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent Time Management
